Achievement Synchrony can be implemented by individual teachers, by several teachers, or by the entire school. It has demonstrated significant success with students from many different backgrounds but especially with Tier-2 students whose emotional, social, and mental challenges in the classroom make learning a challenge and teaching difficult. It has been implemented by more than one hundred schools. When parents, teachers, and students all share in the creation of an achievement context focused on high-level learning, it results in a powerful form of motivation and skill development that adds to teachers’ effectiveness.
We provide live and/or online training for administrators, teachers, and parents. We also provide online courses, readings, and activities for teachers and parents. We can also follow up with webinars or online meetings for teachers or parents to ensure that participants have opportunities to consult as they implement Achievement Synchrony and see how it improves classroom behavior, focuses on achievement, and results in success for teachers and students.
